Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open Private Driver or Hotspot and sign in.
Go to Account (Business for providers, Me in Hotspot).
Tap "Delete my account", type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email address and saved addresses.
Uploaded files: vehicle photos, business-card logo, identity and insurance documents.
Your sign-in - you will not be able to sign in again.
Hotspot field notes and imported trip history; a Hotspot subscription or trial ends.

What is kept, and why

Booking records, without your name, because trip records must be kept by law. Future bookings are cancelled and the other side is told.
A record that the deletion was requested and completed.
